You all kept me up to date with the status of my car daily. It was estimated to be completed in 5 days and was completed in 3. When I went to pick up my car I noticed some issues with the paint. They were immediately resolved right then! And to top it off when I drove my car to work the next day I noticed that the inside (which had nothing to do with the repair) had been cleaned and wiped down! Thanks!

Nes, my service guy, texted me almost everyday to let me know where my car was and what was being done to it. He also tried to keep me up to date on when he thought my car would be completed. Honestly you guys did a fantastic job on my vehicle I have no complaints there. But honestly the price of y'all labor was pretty high in my opioion. My parts were 245 the labor ended up being 640 dollars. I think pricing wise in labor you guys are pretty high

Chad and Cody made the unpleasant experience into a good one. They took on the combative insurance company and within 5 minutes all was well. My advice _ call them directly. The 1-800 number was also a bad experience. Houston had floods during the time of my accident and flood victims were the priority _ but not with this branch of Service King. As a working person having someone get your problem under control so I could get on with my job was priceless.

Took longer than expected stated
I appreciated the staff and the face to face interactions but it took over two weeks to fix some scratches and small dents on my driver side doors which seemed a little too long. Also, my driver side speakers don't work since they came out of the shop so I am hoping yall will fix that when I call about that txt week. Again, I enjoyed my interactions with the employs bit has those two issues
