It took 30 days to get the vehicle back. I did speak to the service rep a bit upon picking up the vehicle. He did express that it was a "challenging" job. I certainly understand that attaining parts etc can be difficult but unfortunately it really pushed up the cost of my rental vehicle.

I brought my Chevrolet Tahoe that I purchased from Bill Fox into the body shop for some repairs after I was involved in an accident. I also scheduled a oil change, and a full detail cleaning of the vehicle . The dealership had my vehicle for seven working days. When I picked it up one item of bodywork was not completed, the cover over the trailer hitch was missing. And two electronic issue error messages were on the dashboard screen. When I brought it back 4 days later for a scheduled visit to have these corrected I was told it would be two hours. When I returned, it was not ready, I was given a courtesy car, and had to return the next day for the final completed pick up.
