The work itself was excellent - the car looks perfect! The staff is friendly, helpful, and contacted me frequently with updates. However I was disappointed in the time it to took to repair the car and the multiple times that a completion date was given then changed. Despite the delays and length of time for the complete repair, the quality of work is so good I would choose Service King again for body work. I suspect there were unexpected issues which led to the delays and know that in the end what is most important is the high quality of the work performed.

My truck was not done fixing until three days after estimated completion date. Plus, the final cost is more than doubled as the original estimate. BTW, same thing happened to my first car that was repaired by them too. I understand that there can be hidden damages that cost extra labor and parts to repair, but still, the doubled final bill is too high IMO.
My car was perfectly repaired two days before scheduled date. The Service King staff at West Little Rock are polite and very professional. I would definitely choose them in the future if something goes wrong again with car.

Took too long to get started on my vehicle. Vehicle was at the shop on Thursday and estimate wasn't given until late Monday and work wasn't completed until the following Wednesday. This made my rental very expensive. The work was done well, but due to the long delay I would choose another place in the future.

The auto text is confusing-- it said my car was almost ready, but when I called to confirm, it was not. I was told that it is unreliable. Then Friday, I called to check on it again, and was told it would not be ready until Saturday... but an hour later I received an auto text saying I could come pick it up right then. It was very confusing! And when I went to get to turn in my rental car Saturday, Enterprise told me that I might have to pay for the extra day! Allstate had been notified that my car was ready on Friday (even though someone in your office told me to wait until Saturday). That auto text thing needs to be fixed. I consider it poor customer service, and it may even cost me an extra day of rental fees.

Repair took 6 weeks after I was told about 1 week or a little over. Paint had fairly severe orange peel and fish eyes and I wasn't contacted at all by the little rock facility during the process until it was completely finished. Bryant branch service people were excellent. Also got treated rudely and hung up on at little rock branch because I couldn't remember the name of the person who called me. Frankly the worst service experience of my life to be honest and I am rarely a critical person. I don't know how many times they redid the paint job but I hope it isn't a bunch of layers laid down on top of one another without stripping.
Service King advisors were not diligent in maintaining contact, keeping me updated about the issues with my vehicle. I made continuous calls for status updates and were repeatedly told I would receive a call back. I eventually requested a phone call back from the General Manager, Rickey King and requested he call my office # if he couldn't reach me via cell. Mr. King called once on my cell phone, left no voice message and sent a TEXT MESSAGE advising my car was ready. I feel as though that was beyond unprofessional. A letter has been sent to my insurance company to inform them of the issues and that they may not want to continue partnership with Service King. I did have to extend services with my rental company because it took Service King 18 days to repair my vehicle, thus leaving me to pay 741 just for keeping my rental car. I will NOT be recommending your company and will plan to write an online review.

When I picked my truck up there were several items that were noticeable that wasn't assembled correctly. Nobody walked me out to go over the vehicle I did that on my own. The wait was long. I was told it would be ready on the 15th of July and I picked it up on the 21st only to return it on the 22nd. I'm not satisfied or happy at all.

The lock on the door was defective so we couldn't get in. They had to tow it back to the shop and we are out a car another day. Other than that, they did a good job

The time it took to get my car back was completely unacceptable. It was continuously pushed back. When I got my car back, it had hail damage from its time at Service King. The inside of the hatch was still dented. I will not be using Service King again and I will tell USAA that my experience was completely unsatisfactory. Please do not contact me as I am completely finished dealing with this organization.
We appreciate the calls from Wayne MCkaskle. He kept us informed on the progress of repairing our Honda. He was very nice and did not give us the run around. We were very pleased. As far as the office,Marcia Basilius was outstanding. She was very nice and helpful.
