The team was extremely helpful in discussing what I would need for the repair during the estimate. Booking an appointment and bringing my car in was as easy as could be. My only complaint is I was never given an estimate for how long the repairs would take, which made booking a rental car a little complicated, but picking the car up was also a breeze. The finish on the repair was immaculate and I am beyond pleased with the finished result.

I was asked to take the delivery of the car with some imperfections in fitment of my mudguards and promised I will be contacted in 2 days with the status it’s been 2 weeks I have called 2 times it has always gone to voice mail and no response.
No callback asking if I have any issues with the repair once I dove back home.
Car was delivered with piles of repair mess under the seat.
Trunk liner was not fit correctly.
All I have been is patient with your team never kept bombarding with calls or messages even though the car was not fixed within the promised time and the dates were moved multiple times. Really feel sad to write this message but very subpar service and highly disappointed

The side that wasn't hit was left damaged and now I'm waiting on a part that's on backorder indefinitely for a vehicle I purchased last June. Never had a part broken at a repair center Ever. Vehicle was given back without items in cargo area returned to the original state. Very disappointed how my vehicle was handled. Higher manager could care less and total disregard. If I was aware of the collision shop at Southern States I would have had the repair completed there. Highly do not recommend.
