Very professional. He (CFC) stands behind his work. My other car was stolen and wrecked in 2006, two years after purchasing. When I got rid of it two years ago, the color was still great. My recent repair after being hit, the work looks even better. I feel great knowing that he guarantees the work for several yeap... his company seeks to please with some of the best quality paint available.

It was made easy to drop car off for repairs and was kept informed of how the car made it through each dept. Only was minor problem us my fog lights don't work now.

Frank's did a fantastic job repairing my automobile. It looks beautiful. I'm really glad that I had Geico taking care of me. If not for them I may not have picked Frank's. Only because I have never had to have body repairs done on an automobile and did not know where to go. If your insurance company guides you to them, then they must be good. Thank you Geico for sending me there and thank you Frank's for a job well done!

I have not picked up my car and I get a text at Friday after 5 that it has been picked up. I also don’t appreciate the fact that there is now no way to check where my car is because I definitely did not pick it up. Nor do I appreciate the fact that now the insurance has stopped paying for my rental which I found out after 5 so now there is no one in the insurance place to call because they are closed. So thank you for falsely stating my car has been picked up and your voicemail is full and I cannot even contact you by leaving a voicemail. I’ll be waiting all weekend now wondering what is going on. So no. I am not satisfied.
