The repairs to my vehicle took longer than originally anticipated due to unknown damages but Hampton Collision staff kept me updated by e-mails and phone calls. This experience was unexpected but made the time without my car much more tolerable. The efforts of the staff keeping owners informed is a great customer benefit and a great reason for referrals. As best I can tell, the work performed was done professionally and looks great. I couldn't ask for, or expect, anything better than what was provided. Great job!!

My bumper looks great. I was hit in the one spot I don't have a scrape on my car but replacing the whole bumper fixed an issue I was having with closing my RAV4 trunk which is awesome. I only wish I had gotten quotes on my other issues on day **** so I could have maybe had some other fixes done when I had a free rental car! My husband said he asked but you know how that goes. Thanks again!
