Someone rear ended me in my new 2016 Nissan. My only check was to see if I could tell if a repair had been made, especially in the paint work. Unbelievable! It looks like the day I bought it from Nissan. No kidding! I can't believe the attention to detail. The last USAA authorized repair shop I endured did not place the same level of care into my other vehicle. I wish I would have brought that one to Miles Rd Paint & Body. I don't answer surveys because I'm lazy. But you guys deserve every word. Your customer service was excellent, and more importantly, you did what you said you would do. Thank you all!

Nonyountokd me my car will be ready on Monday and I go to pick it up at 4:30 pm and when I get there you tell me it is not ready and you knew all day that it was not ready but you never told me it was not ready. I drove an hour to pick up my car to find out it was not ready. I was not satisfied with that. But was satisfied with the work y'all did.

I received an text daily on the status. On the day it was suppose to be ready the text said it would notify me if there were any delays. I arranged to drop off rental and pickup my car. I called on the way and was told it was not ready and would not be ready for a couple more days. S

Was very happy with receptionist each time I called, very helpful. Dustin was great to work with from the estimate and talking to us when we picked our vehicle up.
