Very well done from start to finish.

Overall a good experience. We’ll definitely being using Dodson Williams again. Once the repairs started, the communication and response from the staff was great. The only complaint I have which would take the experience from five to four or even three stars is getting the estimate. We brought the car in on December 19 and were told we’d be out at the front of the line given our insurance and we should hear back by December 21. We didn’t hear back until December 28. We understand this happened right around the holidays, but expectations were not properly managed up front regarding a timeline for the estimate and what was being done. We have a baby coming at the end of January and I started a new job at the beginning of the new year, so having two cars was a necessity for us and we were getting anxious without hearing anything. We didn’t know that you guys had already started repairing the car before giving us the estimate, which would have been nice to know and pacified the anxiety. Again, we are very happy with the service and will be using you again. The car looks and drives great. There was no problem with insurance. The only complaint was what we were told on getting the estimate. Bobby did a great job, and that is the only point of concern we had. Thanks again!

Easy to work with and a very smooth process.

There is a flap underneath the left front fender that surrounds the tire which appears to be missing some bolts or screws.

I was very pleased with my experience at Dodson-Williams. They went above and beyond my expectations when working on my pickup and I even got it returned back earlier than expected. Thank you for your great customer service and I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know.
