I really loved the text message updates. I felt more involved and informed. The staff was caring and friendly. They stayed late on a Friday just so I could have my car back before the weekend. They made me feel like I was the only customer they were dealing with. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Headlights not adjusted correctly, after I asked to make sure this was done (3 times). Paint doesn't match. Trim around headlight looks like crap that was damaged/repaired. Vehicle Covered with body shop dust, even though it was still wet where it was washed off-not cleaned up as I normally see from other body shops.
