Concord Collison scheduled an appointment for August 28th. I had to rent a car from Key for the day. That afternoon I received a call saying they would have to reschedule because they didn’t receive the part for the repair. The next week I received a call that the part came in but was the wrong part. I asked if I could be reimbursed for the August 28th car rental and was told no. On Sept 7th I received a call that the now had the part. On Sept 10th the repair was completed. When I received the bill it was $28 higher than the written quote they gave me. I was told that the correct part was more expensive than the one in my quote. I again asked for credit for the car rental and after some discussion
they agreed.
