MINNEAPOLIS, MN – (May 1, 2015) – ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a leading national damaged vehicle repair company, announced sizable expansion today with a move into the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Delaware market. The growth is the result of the acquisition of 12 Keenan Auto Body locations. Details of today’s deal were not disclosed.
The expansion establishes ABRA’s first presence in this region. The bold move into the Northeast signals the company is not backing down from its plan to be an industry leader in major markets around the country. With the acquisition of such a dominant and reputable multi-shop operator, ABRA is positioned for substantial success and considerable growth throughout the region.
