The quarter panel was supposed to be fixed but still had the gap. Also I brought my vehicle clean and when I picked it up, it was filthy on the outside. I had to tell an employee to wash it. Overall, the office woman was great. She kept me informed and was very responsive to my questions. She should get a monetary bonus for representing the company in a professional manner. I was told I could bring my vehicle back in but after two attempts, I decided to decline.

Parts were a major problem since no OEM parts available. A lot of extra procurement effort and insurance negotiating by Jason to get the job set up for the repairs. Have had several repairs done by Davis and they back up the materials and the work. They replaced a core support on a 96 Dodge Ram many years after the repair. Will recommend Davis to other and. return if something else gets broken
