They took way longer then they should have to get the parts for my vehicle and tell me that they don’t know why my part wasn’t shipped in. I believe they just didn’t order it until the day I called. Had to keep a rental car longer then I wanted to because of there negligence.

The whole experience was terrific from
the moment I walked in. Multiple people greeted
me and all parties had access to the salient insurance
docs etc. The (sign in) process went without a hitch.
As far as the visual experience, it was beyond
my expectations. Whoever is responsible for
the look, client care and marketing should
be promoted immediately.

They were very friendly they kept me posted on how my car was coming along they told me when additional parts needed to be ordered so it was going to take a little longer they cleaned my car they had my car a little over a week and I am very satisfied

Our repair was not completed, when they said the truck was ready to pick up. They didn't believe I hit a deer, even though my insurance had my statement and authorized the repair. I know what I hit. I really am angered by the assumption that I must be lying as there was no deer hair present. Stick to fixing my vehicle and not to assuming I lost my mind, and don't know what I hit.
