Everyone was very friendly and professional I never thought my truck would look this great again they did a great job

The auto lift arm on the back door is loose. It was not loose when I dropped off the car. When I pointed this out to the Majors team, their first response was, "It's supposed to be that way, because we couldn't get it tight." When I pressed further, they showed pictures of the old door on the ground (after being taken off the car), saying that it was broken before they worked on it. I don't know if it was broken or not. What I do know is that when I dropped off the car, the arm was not loose. Now it is. They did not seem interested in fixing it and instead encouraged me to call my insurance.

All went extremely well and I am totally satisfied. Guy

We had two vehicles repaired due to hail damage. The first one it took a month, but we were expecting that because of the amount of cars that were in for hail damage. The second one we took in on Monday afternoon and got it back on Friday (it was ready Thursday) of the same week. Couldn't ask for better service. Both vehicles looked great! Both vehicles were detailed inside and out and looked like they came off the showroom floor. A big thanks to all at Majors Paint and Body for a job well done. I will highly recommend them in the future.

Majors, Upon receiving my car back it immediately came to my attention that my car was returned to me with 2.7 miles on the odometer. I cleared it to zero to deter anyone who my be curious as to what it would be like to drive my 37,000 car on my dime. Furthermore, after clearing my boost gauge to zero, it was returned to me with a max boost of 17.3 psi, not a practical number for parking lot driving (I've tried it). I am so curious as to who put 17.3 psi on my boost gauge and 2.7 miles on my odometer I will be posting on social media to find out.
