Was not completely informed of repairs and was not told about roof damage not being repaired until I stopped to see how it was progressing. This should have been addressed from the start. My Nationwide representative said they went over the adjuster's head and got it approved, but at that point it was too late and I would have paid for a rental. Also, the driver side window did not work properly. I previously had a 2016 Ford Fusion there for repairs and had to bring it back to have the work done correctly! "Very Disappointed!" DISSATISFIED

The customer interfazce and communication was excellent. I understood where my truuck was in the process at all times. Extremely friendly, helpful,and supportive. Unfortunately, as I left with my vehicle I noticed detection censors not working as I applied turn signals on highway to change lanes, pass cars.Truck requires another service call.

I am quite disappointed with my experience at Jack Sherman. Firstly, the time estimate for the repair was 3-4 days, when in fact Jack Sherman had my car for an entire week. This was inconvenient in itself, however was made worse by the way the situation was handled. Daily I received the handy texts generated by Jack Sherman to update me on the progress of my car. Each time it confirmed that the car would be ready Friday at 4:30 (4 days after drop off, the longer end of the estimate). Even Friday I received a text that said indeed the car would be ready Friday at 4:30. That afternoon I returned the car I’d been borrowing, and not 2 hours before my car was to be ready I received a call to tell me that my car would not be ready until Monday! I talked with Brandon (I believe) about how very inconvenient this was, and I inquired as to why the car was later than expected. The reply was that it had been on schedule that morning, but that other customers had come in unexpectedly. I feel it is unacceptable that other customers arriving would cause MY repairs to be delayed. This seems like an administrative or management problem, for which I was forced to deal with the consequence. I communicated my displeasure, and that I’d already returned my borrowed car, and I requested a loner car for the weekend. Brandon’s response was that he didn’t have any vehicles, and that next time I should add rental cars to my car insurance. This was a very unhelpful and thoughtless response that did not take responsibility at all for the delay in my repair. It was further made worse on Monday, when I called to see if the car was ready, and it still was not. I finally got a call at 4:45 that it’s be ready in 30 minutes. My husband stopped there after work at 5:15, wanting to pay the bill and get the keys so we could pick the car up that (Monday) night. He was told the bill wasn’t ready, and it would take another 30 minutes to get it drawn up. Really?? So therefore, we weren’t able to get the car until Tuesday, a full week after we had dropped it off for a 3 day repair. No one that I or my husband spoke with at any time seemed to care at all that we were inconvenienced, no one apologized, and no one tried to help us to feel better about the situation (with a discount, a loner car, a good explanation, or even a kindly apology). I expressed that I chose Jack Sherman after getting several estimates, thinking that this company would be the most reliable and pleasurable to work with. I now feel that I made the wrong choice. Even this comment was met with an attitude of indifference. Though the car looks fine (not amazing, in that the door that was replaced had a smudgy, dirty window), i am very disappointed with my experience overall, and we won’t be using Jack Sherman company for anything in the future.

Brendan and Phil were friendly and professional throughout the process. They provided regular updates on the progress of the repairs and handled everything with my insurance agency. The actual work on the car was perfect and the car looks as good as new. I couldn't have been more pleased with everything.

Collision repairs were Great and all seems like New, but the oil top off service I requested with Therissa of my remaining 10,000 miles with 2,000 miles left was not followed as requested as I did not need full oil change. It seems the oil top off was instead charged to me a complete synthetic oil change I didn't ask for but paid????! I had oil change coupon to use and still was 2000 miles away from that service next month. Seems there is customer service issues with service department and Custmer requests being listened to and followed. I've had mix up once before on tire service which I paid twice for services and Was not happy then. Please have department manager or call me to further discuss. Thank You, Jonathan ****-****-xxxx
