The rear of vehicle isn't aligned correctly. It is visually apparent. The passenger side of rear is now missing a brake light?? Other than this it looks great

The rear wheel well was not repaired correctly and when I picked it up I was not informed about the issue, and my time is very valuable. They ordered s new part but no spology just ohh well order a new part? By they say my car was there for a month!

Pleasant collision mgr and asst mgr He was able to have courtesy car for my use while my Corolla was repaired Rob Wilbur waited passed closing time on April 15 for me to sign paper work as my car was towed to Jack Sherman Toyoto lot This was excellent customer service .

Other than a couple of minor things that were not done the first time I went to pick it up, when I went back 2 business days later and it was completed. Keep in mind that they were not easily seen but I'm very picky and there were no issues when I pointed them out to be fixed. Nice guys to deal with.

The repair was done well. The customer service was terrible. At least 3 times we were told that the body shop would call us back and never did. Then we filled out a survey and told someone would contact us about the bad experience and still haven't heard anything. We've had good experience with the service dept in the past, but this would keep us from ever doing business or buying a car from Jack Sherman in the future.

The repair is fine so far, even though it took way longer than originally estimated. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and informative when I asked for information... But when I drove off the lot, there was overspray (a fairly thick glittery sheen of paint) all over my front windshield.
