I felt like the text messaging updates were pretty useless. I would much rather have gotten updates about the status of my car. Ie.... car has been taken apart, parts are ordered. Parts arrived. We are working on putting your car back together. Your car is almost ready.

The paperwork that must be signed when dropping off car is daunting. Seems a bit one sided in that it protects the company ,but gives few protections to the consumer. This adds to the stress of the situation.

Thank you so much for your help with fixing my car. I truly appreciate it! The only thing was I did ask for the blind spot mirrors to be removed and an oil change (I said I'd pay for this outside of insurance as this was a request and not part of the car accident). The manager I spoke with seemed to write it down and did say they can do that, so I was surprised those weren't done. Not a big deal, but I could have made other plans for that if it couldn't be done. Again, I do appreciate the work done, it seems it was done great so thank you so much for taking care of my car :)
