My expectation was that the car would be fixed and restored as it was. I bought the Acadia Sport in large part because of its aesthetic appeal. The undercarriage cover I originally had in there was black—just like the rest of the trim....its original design. The one Abra put on there is white. I understand that from a functional standpoint it will work. From a visceral standpoint, it’s no different from putting a red door on a green car. The door will work....but it’s red. I’m disappointed and upset that no one communicated this to me before moving forward, and I hope someone will reach out ASAP to address this matter. I’m sad to write this because outside of this incident, everything else was great.

I got my car with the windshield cracked from top to bottom. The guy said that there must be a chip and when heated the chip causes the windshield to crack. Upon checkin, I don’t recall the guy pouring out a chip to me. Bad experience.

I was told that my car was ready. I came to pick it up and my passenger front tire is sitting completely on a flat. I do not understand how no one realized this. How long has my car been sitting completely on the ground and what damage was caused. Then when I raise this issue with whoever was here Saturday morning he seemed a bit annoyed. I get it that there is no one to look at the car but that is not my issue. That obvious flat tire at the front of the car causing it to lean on one side should have been noticeable.

I was dissapointed ABRA installed a used tailgate. It has a small area of deep scratches on the interior plastic molding. Other than that it seems to be acceptable work so far.

Not the same bumper as the before and I took to Lexus right after for service and they showed me the messy job! Not OEM as charged for and not even the same correct Lexus bumper. My car was 16mo old this place is a joke! They made me sign that I would accept after market when I disputed Phil Leblanc told me everyone signs but they would tell me if I needed non OEM! I’m working with my insurance adjuster to get my car restored at least with the correct bumper (thank goodness I had several images before dropping) calling my legal insurance for my recourse! Extremely livid!

I took in my work truck for a small repair. This is a truck I use every day. They had an estimate done sent to insurance company, parts ordered and truck repaired quicker then I thought they would. The job was done not only quickly, but the quality was also very impressive.
