I was very impressed with your customer service. It made the experience very easy and convenient. You kept me apprised on status of repair at all times. The speed and quality of work was a pleasant surprise. I’m happy and likely return for some additional body work that were not part of the accident. John was great and very responsive.
If there is one thing I can suggest for customer service improvement, the receptionist that greets you at the door and closes the paper work for you can probably learn a few customer service skills with things as simple as Hello’ Thank You or you’ee Welcome....she was all business. Nothing bad but would have loved to see and experience same level of customer experience .
Overall, I am a satisfied customer and will return to ABRA.

The problems from the collision were not fully attended to. There was a noise coming from the car only AFTER the accident but the mechanic/staff came to the conclusion that it's not accident related. WITHOUT taking anything apart mechanically. Dont bother contacting me. I'm only letting you know about your poor service

The process was easy and seamless, dropped off my car picked up the rental Car which was waiting for me went over all the repairs needed with the Geico adjuster and the shop manager and left. The car was ready in less than three days and I came and picked it up and dropped off the rental, it was like one stop shopping very satisfied with the Geico service and with Abra I would definitely recommend both.
