From the moment I took my car to Fix, Mark was friendly and reassuring. He sent me ta text message soon after to let me know my car was “fuxable” and, consequently, sent me texts every other day in the status if the repairs. He gave me a day of completion and it was meet! My car looks great and it was fixed in a timely manner. It was the small details that are so apprectiated: Marks kindness, the receptionist’s efficiency and great smile, getting my car back looking better than new with a detailing was such a pleasant surprise. I will be contacting to bring my Flex back in. The Flex wording on the hood was replaced in the wrong color (it was black and was replaced in grey) and the word was also installed on the hood off center with strange spacing.
