You were easy to deal with, a little delay, but I’m not difficult to deal with. The chip guard looks to be a little different color, hopefully it will yellow slightly to end up matching.

My bumper looks great! I also appreciate the care you took to get a Toyota bumper and not a cheap one that the insurance company wanted you to use. I wouldn't have been in if their insured hadn't rear-ended me. Your care made the experience much better. Thank you!

I found **** two to 3inch scratch on area fixed on the door to front quarter panel when I inspected that area in the sunlight when I got home.

They didn't actually give me a hard date of when to expect the repair to be complete, but I was assuming I should expect the usual one week I have been told at other repair facilities in the past and that it would actually be two weeks. But, the next morning I was informed that the repairs were almost complete and that it would be ready in the afternoon. Great work!
