We received prompt, efficient service at check in and during repairs. We were kept appraised of progress during repairs. When we picked up the car, we were very impressed with the results. They missed fixing two spots that obviously needed work. Had to rent a car an additional day and no offer to reimburse me for that cost. Expected much more work on the problem spots and wonder if it will last the Winter.

As I have said before after two other body work jobs in the last years for our family, Govenor's is masterful, performing exquisite work unrivaled by any other body shop.
I can understand why USAA for years has considered Govenor's the number one body shop in Connecticut.

The repair took longer than promised but I understand there was an issue with procuring a lens for a side light. Staff were very professional and kept me updated with text messages. The car looks great.
