Very unhappy with my truck does not drive how it did prior to the accident! My alignment is still off after bringing it back to you guys and you said you fixed it! My check engine light came on having something to do with the grille shutters and it is driving very rough now!!

Well I'm not trying to be critical I am just a person that bought a brand new car and did a lot of research on it before purchasing it and went over it with a fine tooth comb before taking it off the lot. This car is kept in the garage and wiped down every couple of days because it is such a new car and the enjoyment phase is still very fresh. I was rear-ended and took the car to Craftsman Collision for repair since it is a Subaru certified facility. During the repair process I reached out to Craftsman Collision for updates and was assured that the repairs were coming along well. Fast forward, the day finally came to pick up my car and the excitement of receiving it left a blind eye to many little issues that came up later. Again being a car guy I am very Adept to seeing imperfections in new cars and repaired cars. After going over all of the repair areas in my garage under lights I noticed that there was damage to my rear hatch Valance with scratches from the repair process. Scufs on my tail light lenses that had zero scuffs before. Scratches and scuffs on my rear hatch mechanical strut arms. I also noticed that the **** or whoever was doing the job decided to take black felt pen to cover up overspray. And the the worst one of all was the Forester sport logo was put on crooked. I told the managers about this and was told that a new one would be ordered and I could come down to have it put on. Took time out from work came down only to find out that they did not have the correct logo. Had to make another trip back back to the shop to pick up the new ordered Forester sport logo which I will be putting on myself because I have taken way too much time off from work or this logo issue and can't afford to wait any longer. And further investigation with the rear backup sensors after it was taken to Subaru for calibration have caused it to break suddenly just going out of my driveway. This happened twice only to have my heart come out of my chest thinking I'd run over some child. I decided to take it in for my 6 month oil change and have them look at the calibration. At the same time while I was there I also had them check the eyesight calibration because I started getting some very weird control issues going on with the way the car was breaking under autonomous driving conditions. They ran an update on the eyesight system and said it be okay. At this time I have not seen any issues yet. I know to some people this might all sound like im perhaps a very picky type person, well I am when it's a new car and I expect it to be new when I get it back for the kind of money that was spent on the repair. I do understand that damage to a car will most likely result in the car never being the same. But to have some of those items on the Cosmetic part of the car not done really correctly or accurate for better words is probably my biggest complaint. In my life's experiences shoty detail has spawned this type of fine tooth comb checking. There are just too many people out there saying they're professionals and are really not, and I don't mean it in just the automotive industry any other kind of service that we as consumers get. So again all of these experience had led me to caring about the items that I work very hard for to make sure that they are done correctly. On a positive note, I will say that Joshua and Claudia have been very accommodating with all of my questions and concerns. I pointed out all of these items to them other than the backing up issue and the eyesight. I figured it best just to take it to the Subaru dealer. I also did not want to have the card down any longer to have those other items fixed. Joshua and Claudia did say that they would take care of those items, but at this stage of the repair I have to cut my losses and move on. Closing: Probably if I were to work at Craftsman Collision I would have a very keen eye person do a quality QC on everything that was done in that shop. I don't particularly think the QC was done on my car and if it was my eyes are better! that's all I can say. Thanks again for your hard work on my car and hopefully it will give me years of trouble-free service. Mike D

I was satisfied with the repair in my altima except for a couple of things. They forgot to put clips in the engine panel and also forgot to connect my wiper washer hose properly.
