This is my second experience with Carubba through no fault of my own. The first experience was excellent..I did have to bring my car back for two minor corrections that were fixed satisfactorily. This time, after being rear-ended, I knew the bumper would have to be replaced but the license plate and holder were damaged and I insisted twice that I wanted a new license plate holder and when the car repairs were completed and I picked the car up, the back license plate holder on my car was somebody else's used plate holder. I know it probably seems petty, but it's not to me. It's not even the right holder. They did replace the front license plate holder with a new one, but not the back. I was told to buy a new one and my insurance company might reimburse me. Really? Well, I've ordered a new one through my local garage and they are going to replace it for me. Other than that the service was once again excellent.
