Very good. I left my umbrella and cane in the rental and I understand you’re not responsible but you should have had the courtesy not to leave me on hold for 15 minutes when I called to enquirer about my personal property.

The scheduled appointments are wonderful. I appreciated not having to walk into a waiting room filled with people. Almost immediately, I was able to speak with my Geico representative, get my rental car and be on my way. The entire process was about 30 minutes. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday and it was ready on a Thursday. I would however caution the repairmen to properly cover the cars prior to painting them. I had to have someone at Darcars remove paint from two windows and upon leaving, I discovered a bit more. I'll have to take it back to get that bit removed.
