I pick up appointment was scheduled so they knew I was coming car was full of snow and very dirty could not check out my paint job also they forgot to reconnect my door lock had to bring the car back very disappointed could have took my car anywhere the insurance company told me I can take it anywhere I took it to Dave gills cuz I trusted Dave Gill cuz that's where I purchase the car just very disappointed

My car looks great and you behind the scenes staff seems to have done a great job. My experience with Brad was outstanding. He was communicative and I never wondered what the status of my car was. I received regular updates via text which was very convenient.
There is a little dent on same door that you guys repair that should be repaired but you guys didn't and now I have to do the whole process again with the insurance company. When they approve to get it fix I will get it somewhere else not with you guys.
