We like the daily text updates but when we callled to ask questions the lady we spoke to was very helpful, professional and polite. I can't remember the lady's name but when we went to pick the car up and talked to her in person she looked to be part Asian. In today's society it was a pleasant surprise to have dealt with such a pleasant and efficient person!

Original completion was 5/13, then 5/20, then 5/26,then 5/27 and finally picked it up 5/31. If they were too overbooked with work they could have said so and I could have had the option to change shops. This really cost me with rental car. Insurance covered $30 a day but not additional insurance on the rental.
