Prior to the accident my car had no mechanical issues whatsoever. As I drove my car on the freeway going home, my cars transmission gave up. My car started to smoke up and it went from 65 mph to 5 mph. I had my family in the car and we were terrified that we were going to get hit by oncoming traffic. We managed to exit and make it to a family members house, but the outcome could’ve been deadly. I’m really upset because this car has never failed me in the 4 years I’ve had it. Please fix this issue immediately!
