Great customer service and the service was fast.

Just one minor problem but besides that it was great

Horrible customer service. Told me when I dropped the car off it would be done the following Thursday or Friday. Then friday they say monday, Monday they say tuesday and Tuesday they say wednesday. Had my car more than twice the length of the estimate. Consequently my daughter was forced to take her driving test in an unfamiliar vehicle. Poor communciation and lack of integrity. I was told work on my car would begin the day I dropped it off but I am fairly certain that it was simply pushed to a back burner. The damage was not extreme or extensive. If there was a legitimate reason for the added time I should have been informed ahead of time, not just a text each day when i was supposed to pick it up. The damage to your reputation is done and no remedy short of refundimg my payment would prompt me to give other than extreme negative reviews of the company.

Car kept getting delayed and was promised over 7 business days late. Please do not make any promises to finish the car that you cannot keep, because I felt like I was strung along.

Friendly and courteous staff. Very professional work.

Flaws in paint finish. Fish eyes on rear door and paint chip and scratches that were not present when dropped off. Also over spray or chemical spots on aluminum tool box, clear rear floor mats lost.

Not a single complaint. Service was great.

Tony did a fantastic Job repairing my motorcycle. He kept me informed of the progress all the way through. He put a lot of effort to make the bike look great.

The team was helpful while explaining the work done. I received my car a day sooner than the initial estimated day, so that was nice. The car looks great. (it still smells like paint. How long does that last? The car is 2 months old and has lost the "new car smell") the reason I was there in the first place was due to a hit and run in a parking lot, so Marc and the rest of the people I interacted with there helped make a crummy situation a bit better. They were helpful and nice.

Chris was in contact with me before y first appointment and communicated with me the entire time and made sure I knew what my options were. Mark was excellent with time. He knew I was paying out of pocket for a rental and took extra steps to assist me. I couldn't ask for a better experience with the help I got with the rental, the constant communication and the ease of every detail your team took care of for me. I'm a single mom with a baby on my hip, and your tea treated me like I was their most important customer.
