I wanted to say Thank You to Heidi and her entire team. They made the whole process painless and we’re ready, willing and able to go the extra mile to ensure I had a wonderful experience. I hope I don’t have to repair my car again...but if I do I know where to go! Martin’s Collision...thank you all!

This is the third time one of my cars has been expertly repaired by Martins Collision Center. Every time, my car and I received superb care. Martins has perfected the customer care process. I was contacted less than 24 hours after my claim was submitted. An estimate appointment was set at my convenience. Mike, who handled the proposal, was thorough and gave me as much detail as I requested. The rental car company picked me up and dropped me off at Martin's. Heidi sent me text updates on the progress. The entire process was smooth, quick, and expertly handled right down to the gentle reminder Jackie gave to fill up my rental before I returned it. For all three visits I saw the same people. There was no turnover of personnel. Everyone who I came in contact with was extremely polite and professional. My car looked amazing after the repair! I can't thank this amazing group of people enough for the kindness and care I received for an, otherwise, traumatic experience.

We were promised our car on 3/28/18 and it was done on 3/23/18. The car looks fantastic. Thanks for a job well done.

Clear and concise explanation of what and how things were being handed. Text communications with information about every step of repair. Easy drop off and pickup. Every one I meant was very polite and accomadating.

Communication was very good and the texting of updates and status was great. Also, when the vehicle was scheduled to go in for repairs, Martins called enterprise for me and setup a vehicle reservation. 10 out of 10

We are so impressed with Martin’s Collision Center. My RAV4 looked awful when I took it to Martin’s. I picked it up today and it looks just beautiful, looks brand new.
