In order to get any information about my car, I had to go through a manager. My claims representative wouldn't call me back and was never available to take my calls. I needed additional work done and he wouldn't help me. But the manager helped me. She was great!

The repair is beautiful, however, I was notified to drop off once parts were ready. The vehicle was in repair 2 days. Then it was noted you didn't have the color to paint, and it sat an additional 7 days waiting for paint to be ordered, arrive, and be applied. I paid out of pocket $170 for this failure to confirm paint stock before scheduling the repair. I couldn't pull into my garage because rentals have all season, not snow tires, and I slid off of my driveway hill 6 times the first day before I gave up. The shops oversight cost me money, safety, and time, and I was told the standard millennial statement "It wasn't our fault." The difference an apology for an oversight can make is tremendous.

Chaz made the process of fixing my car as easy as possible. It was a difficult time during the pandemic and the lack of rental cars, but they were a pleasure to work with. A human always answered the phone and that person was always helpful. I would definitely use them again.
