My only negative is the smell left behind after cleaning the interior. I am very sensitive to chemicals and smells. There should be a fragrance free alternative. The physical work on the vehicle was fine after a minor adjustment. I appreciate Mark working with me to guarantee my satisfaction. Being able to talk and be listened to is the best type of customer service.
