I was very happy with my service Maria was very helpful and was understanding. She really took the time to address my concerns.
Although I really must say that at first Kyla was not very helpful. She made me feel like she was not on my side and did not want to really address anything. Her attitude is horrible and her customer service is even worst. I was not at fault in my accident, however she sure made me feel and seem like I was at fault. The way she explained things made me very upset and honestly made it seem like she was working for the insurance company. If she is not liking her Job at service kings or is done and frustrated then maybe she should find a different job that will better fit her attitude and the way she Carrie's herself. Once I ask to speak with her manager Marie she turned it around. So thank you
