Personable office staff and very professional. As for repairs...did what they stated they would do and minimal paperwork on my behalf. They coordinated with my insurance company and took care of entire communication to the point where I received a check from the insurance company before repairs were made. Flawless....easy...quick....professional. I told them they were great but I thought one visit was Enough. Bill green

It was a very convenient process. The work looks great. The Staff were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely friendly. The only inconvenience was the changing of the pick-up time; from Friday to Monday to Tuesday. For my current situation it was a very minor thing. I realize things happen. But better to under promise then over deliver. Overall a great job and I would highly recommend Advanced Auto Body.
