Communication wasn’t great. No one ever told us how long the car was expected to be there. We got a quote ahead of time and they told us 3-5 days, but here I was without my car for 13. I didn’t get a rental because I didn’t think it would be longer than a week, but if I had known it would take so long I for sure would have gotten the rental. There was an issue with the door and we talked to multiple people and no one ever gave us a straight answer. When we showed up to pick it up it was repaired poorly (geico won’t pay for it) so I know we’ll be bringing it back again down the road which I’m not looking forward to. Also a clip in the headlight wasn’t actually fixed so he had to take it back while we waited to fix it.
