The right back tire is now wobbling. The car makes a squeaking sound that can be heard from the outside of the car, and there sounds like a piece of metal is loose and it makes a clanking/knocking sound when driven.
However, the custom service with Shonda was amazing while my car was being repaired.

Said they could buff out scratches on bumper. When I picked up car it was still there. They tried something else. It didn’t work. Then they told me they would have to do something else that would require me leaving my car again. By this time my rental had been turned in. Now I’ll have to deal with the insurance company all over again!!! Not good to tell someone things are completely done and then customer finds its not.
