the web link provide seemed set up for continues updates yet it was not. it incorrectly showed the car being ready for pick up twice and was only updated after a phone call to confirm. This lead to me rescheduling two of my customers to make arrangements for the pick up.

Stephanie was great. She provided great customer service and communicated with me along the way. I was poor in getting back to her but she maintained a professional and attentive attitude. She is awesome. The work done on my car is great. But let’s face it, people remember and come back for the customer service.

the repair was remarkable. car looked like it was brand new! however, we were not completely satisfied because the initial estimates of cost and turn around time were off. final cost estimate was almost 4 times the initial estimate. also car wasn’t ready on the initial delivery date. delivery was delayed twice. no need to contact us, we understand more damage was found as the work progressed. other than the timing and underestimation, we’re very satisfied with the meticulous and skillful work.

Everything was great! All points of service were top notch. The only thing I would add is to please tell customers they have to stay for the initial estimate. I thought I could drop my car off while they estimated the damage and had arranged for someone to bring me. Everything else was wonderful!

Lack of communication about when my car would be ready. I understand that it was out of the auto ships control that the parts arrived damaged. However, your text messages state you’ll call if something changes and consistently without follow up my estimated date would change. I didn’t have rental car coverage and, while that is my own issue, I believe better communication would be ideal. The work itself was done well. But on communication I give a 0. What good is a text message telling me my cats estimated time when it changed daily?
