The repair seems to have been done but the white powdery dust from the work completely covered the inside of my car. I have never had to spend 3 hours cleaning my carpets, seats and doors after any service to my vehicle.

I work in customer service so I understand when a company has a hard time completing a project but, this service king had my car for a extra week and a half and never called to let me know there was a delay on my vehicle. The manager told me that there was a problem with the insurance company but, a employee told me that they ordered the wrong part so I don’t know who to believe. I wouldn’t be as upset if I they would have informed me of the delay. I don’t think I we’ll be returning here anymore.
