From the time I dropped my car off at the Collision Center, the process was seamless. The receptionist was courteous & made the paperwork portion very easy; she was prepared with the claim when I arrived & was very helpful with answering questions & explaining how the process would work. Stephanie Bridges worked with me to go over damage & prepared the estimate for cost of repairs, as well as time it would take to complete repairs. She was friendly, professional and efficient.
Because my car is still at the collision center. It's not fixed yet. Please fix your system to not send these emails wrong.

Overall yes i was satisfied, the only thing I was not happy with was the length of time for repairs which approached 6 weeks. Cesar was really informative and kept communications open. The quality of work looks great.

Vehicle not ready when promised due to a mishap by shop personnel. I called for an update and received no return call. When I drove there on my own, I noticed that my vehicle was ready. It took me coming to the location in order to find that my vehicle was ready.
The time taken to complete the repair showed the top management of the body shop is not on top of his business and does not care about the customer. I understand that they have enough business so why care.
As for the advicer Chris he is very polite and keeps in touch informing and apologizeing about the delay on the wrong parts coming. This parts should have been corrected from the second by the shop General manager, who again is not on top of his department.
Please have the senior management form group one look at the time my car took to be fixed and also then it is not done as original.

The quality of the work done and the service by Chris Bridges were excellent. The car looks and drives just like it did before the repair. My issue is with the timeline for the repair - over 2 months. Reasons for the delay were related to waiting for parts from Germany. Very frustrating!
There were also issues with programming the car which was an additional delay. Chris did take his best to get it done and make it right. He paid for the rental car i used for the delays on his side. Overall great service - just couldn't say completely.
