Repair manager did a great job keeping updated and informed. Your repair technicians did a fine job with the repairs and refinishing. Your parts sourcing policy ****. My truck could have been done Friday rather than Monday. The three extra days of rental cost more than the price difference of a locally sourced windshield. However I dont hold the ABRA staff responsible for corporate sourcing requirements driven by greed rather than service. My inconvenience and out of pocket expense due to delayed delivery hopefully made an extra nickle for some owner/leaders of the ABRA empire.
