The work that was done was spectacular. On a new vehicle that we absolutely love, we were worried about the outcome after such great damage to the front quarter panel. The result was flawless. And the people at Chesapeake Collision kept us updated throughout the process as they dealt with a delay in the parts. Some were on back-order which we understood during these times. It took too long to repair. Up front attention should have been taken to ensure repair parts needed to complete the job were ordered in a timely manner and on hand. Inspection of the car for additional damages should have been conducted with the owner and not after the job was finished. I found two dings on the truck after the job was completed that to my knowledge were not there when it arrived at the shop. Coordination with the insurance company for deductables should have been coordinated earlier and not at the time of pick-up.
