I'm not one to usually leave reviews or comments, but was very satisfied with the level of detail and communication throughout the process. Especially when the job was complete I was able to obtain a thorough walk through of the work done with answering all my questions while truck was on the lift. Overall very satisfied with the work completed, customer service, and details.
Nikki was incredible during the whole process. Kept me updated via text messages and went out of her way to keep me in the loop considering the mess that was created by the insurance company. Thank you!

They should called me about the damages to the back of the car so I could've look at it because it must came from the accident and I just missed it the work was done looks great and I think there a little unorganized too
Eventually the job got done, but a final quality control check on two different occasions would have saved me a trip to pick up an uncompleted fix and 5 days of delays.
To their credit, Nikki and the customer service team took responsibility and got it right in the end.

I got the care back yesterday and after looking at it and the work done there is a big paint run on the front bumper something that a professional body shop should have caught I also took photos of 4 sides of the car before I dropped it off and there is a scratch on the driver side rear door that wasnt there before I dropped it off

The only thing that was stressful was on day ****. I do not frequent these types of shots and the “drive in” process is confusing.
Perhaps it could be improved if someone greeted you and told you what to do next. Or if a sign said “pull forward then enter office for service.” That is not clear and the main door does not look like a door for guests.

There is over spray on my tanneau cover & 3 scuff marks on the inside door panel. There is also white stuff all over the underside of my tanneau cover. Around my door there is dried up wax or something around it. I am not satisfied. I have to take more time out of my busy schedule to take it back to see what they are going to do.
I thought Abra did a quick fix with no hassles. Went through Allstate insurance after hitting a dear and got my car back in 6 days. Don’t think many shops would be able to top that. Thanks!

The customer service was great, I appreciated the communication and thoroughness of explanations, getting Enterprise rental coordinated with my insurance company and Abra was very easy and convenient, and my car from what I can tell looks really good.
