There was a lack of communication and my car has problems that wasn't there before I took my car into the shop. I was being rude to and I I'm just not okay with how everything went.
Service was very professional. The cost was what you estimated. I received various message concerning progress being made . I was was pleased with results.

The car was dirty, both inside and out. I could beat auto body dust out of the seats and will have to replace the seat covers and have the floor mats cleaned. I am, at lresent, trying to track down a rattle to see if it is coming from the door that was replaced.
Great team and only one problem, non pen headlight does not have a logo and it looks odd

You were suppose to also fix my windshield. But it was not done. Had to call insurance again and they stated it was suppose to be fixed when bumper was done. Caused me some difficulty with my schedule. Nick who was my contact said you did not have claim when in fact you did. Better communication would have kept this from happening
