The repair looks excellent. "Like it never happened". Your human contacts (employees) are friendly, accomodating and very professional.
Your automated texting system leaves a lot to be desired. We were told the repair would take ~ 2 days. We dropped the car off yesterday morning, 5 July @ 9:20 AM and were told it should be ready late today, 6 July. Mid morning today your texting system sent a msg that the car would be ready for pickup on the 13th of July. My wife called to ask what was going on. Your live person said it would be ready for pickup at 5:00 PM. It was ready when we arrived at 4:40 PM. It is annoying to be mislead by your automated system when we had been told by a human a reasonable pick up time/date and we had planned accordingly.
