Highly disappointed in the fact I was called out to come get my car and there was a paint run, new bumper had cracks of some sort at either side, the tail light was not in proper space when hatch shut and loose, the black panel still not attached properly and looks as though black caulk has been applied (upon second calling to pick up that was pointed out again and part being ordered supposedly), we were billed instead of the insurance for person at fault and the estimate went from 2800.00 to 3500.00 to 5299.00. Aaron was nice but no one seemed to be competent and a master at their craft. To be called twice to come get your vehicle and there are still problems concerning the repair is unacceptable.
