Everything was great didn't have to call not once to check on my truck. Makenzie kept me updated the whole way thru.
I had two agents, Matt and Mackenzie, who were assigned to help me through the process. Both were wonderful, though I communicated with Mackenzie more. From start to finish, I was kept abreast of what was going on with my car. Mackenzie called me, and I received text messages every day. There was never a time that I felt worried or out of the loop. And my car looked so good, that when I pulled into the lot, I hardly recognized it! Everyone, including the front desk associates, were professional and friendly. This was my first claim in 17 years of driving. Thanks, ABRA, for making it enjoyable in spite of the circumstances! I will definitely recommend ABRA to my friends and family.

My experience started off great with being informed and updated concerning my vehicle. The last week is where I became unsatisfied. For example, Monday December 19,2016 I was called and told that my truck would be ready Tuesday evening. I received a call late Tuesday evening stating that my glass could not be put in in the rear until Wednesday morning and after that I would be really for pickup. Never received a call with an update. I called Wednesday around 1605. I was ensured that only a few small things were being completed and that they would have it cleaned up and it would be ready in a hour or so. I recommended to wait until the next morning because it would have been dark by that time and I would not been able to inspect. Thursday arrived and no call by mid day. I called around 11 and was put on hold for 7 plus minutes with no one answering or a friendly apology stating the person whom I needed to speak to was busy. I hung up and called again and waited another 3 minutes. However finally was able to pick up the truck by 1330. I was promised to have a estimate done on some small little scratches along the door side and hood. But since the process had taken longer than expected the scratches would be buff out at no additional charge. Well once I arrived that had not been done either.
I am pleased with my entire car repair experience. Matt was my rep and he gave me updates on repairs of my vehicle. It's looks even better than I thought. I would definitely do business with Abra in the future. Thank you Abra for stellar service.

The front desk did not explain anything much when I dropped off the car for repair, no information given for someone that is doing this for the first time. Fixing part and painting is really fast but there're flaw and dripping paint at some spots. Overall it's ok

When I came to pick up my vehicle, it was not ready. The car was not cleaned as promised, after waiting 30 minutes for the cleaning, it looked merely wet, but not clean. Also there was a huge gap between the hood and fender, which they quickly took back to fix. However, you still have my car for the adjuster to look at Monday 12/12/16 as I am not satisfied with how the front end is lining up.

My "fender bender" was a blow to my ego as I blindly rolled into the back left fender of a courteous, respectful driver, who was not injured. Thank goodness! I was co-chairing a mega event with a friend for a beloved couple. I had used your services decades ago. Knowing I would take the car to ABRA, when the event was over, I relaxed, enjoyed the event, then left the car in your hands while I traveled some R and R. THANKS, ABRA.

The radio installation doesn't meet my standards. A wire was still left hanging and all the speakers are not playing properly...

When I walked in no one was there. The employee was more concerned with getting ready for Mistletoe Merchants the what the employee needed or had concerns with. My car now has a low tire pressure light on which was not on when the car was dropped off. Adjusting the air in the tires made no difference and there was no urgency to attempt to really fix the problem or even offer them to look at it. So now I have to take my car to a shop again to get this figured out since they were negligent on looking over the car once or was "finished". This should have gotten their attention to inspect what it could have been: if there was anything bumped or mishandled during the repair process to cause this new issue.
