The last time I had work done on my car I had someone walkout with me to go over the repairs. That was not done yesterday when I picked it up and only thought about it later in the day. Everything seems fine with it and all, but it did seem strange. I know that most of the employees were in a meeting but you would think the customer would be priority. Other than that my experience was great and the staff that I have worked with were very kind. I would also like to know what my mileage was when I delivered the car. I felt like for car that was at the shop that my mileage seemed to a little higher than it should have been. Did my car have to be driven to another shop? I know the rep that I dealt with when I dropped off my car took that down. Thank you.

I was telephoned from your business less than **** hour from you all closing on June 15th,2019 that my car was ready for pickup, I couldn’t get my car in less than a hour. You were closed the next day on the 16th, I was charged an extra day on my car rental. If I was notified much more earlier I could have picked up the car before your closing on the 15th.

The repairs are not even visible. Most of the time, you can see where repairs have been done. This looks totally factory.

Let me start off by saying, Abra your team did an exceptional job on my car. I was completely satisfied. Also, Ms. Ebony Tanner, your Customer Service Manager was very polite & nice person. She was also informative on the process that my Nissan Altima would go through. Also thank you Abra for the emails that was sent to let me know how everything was coming along with my car. Let me end this by saying, I am a very happy & pleased customer. I give my experience with Abra 5 stars ?????.
I appreciated the speed of the repair and the regular updates on the progress of the repair.
The hub cap on another tire was broken off and the manager just stood there and we showed him how it was broken and going to fall off. He just stood there and said it probably happened when the cleaning crew came. Mind you, I found it sitting on the passenger seat. He gets the wire and puts it back on. Says if it falls off, then to call. Doesn’t offer to replace it or pay for a new part, since he admitted the cleaning crew probably broke it. Also the mud flap wasn’t secured because it was missing a bracket. The manager just said they don’t make the part anymore. It’s a freaking body shop. All you have to do is get a small piece of metal and make your own bracket. My uncle has a mechanic shop and knows how to fix it thankfully. I’m in management and the manager at the Covington Pike location does not know what the heck he is doing. When a customer has a complaint, he just stands there and gives a blank look. I will not be using Abra again.
I appreciated the updates as repairs were being made. The claims department kept me informed. This was a good experience.
