Repairs not completed! Gate is still not engaging and locking properly. It worked fine before Abra worked on Van. Auto and manually issues for gate. Driving down the street the gate will fly open. I have had personal belongs in the back that have fallen out! I get Abra wouldn’t replace any of the items if they broke!
Passenger sliding door making a noise, it’s not repaired! It was listed with the damaged in the 3 claims!

Better communication, upon visiting the office I feel as if this is not the responsibility of the service manager. Appeared they were short handed and did the best they could. Your employees make your business but they have to be taken care of first!

I can’t say enough on how awesome Abra was in repairing my car. They kept us well informed, the my car looks great, and the repairs were completed earlier then they originally quoted. Mike Hardy at Abra was a pleasure to work. His customer service was top notch. When you have an unfortunate car accident, it’s nice to know that Abra cares about their customers and makes the process as painless as possible.
