Customer service gets an "A". They are all very thorough in making sure you understand the repair process. There are no suprise payments or repairs. They keep you updated on whatever they are doing. They return your car as if You had it detailed(vaccumed, smelling good,shiny tires & rims and clean & shiny exterior body). My car was filthy with ugly cosmetic and bumper damage when I took it there for service and got it back the total opposite. They did a great job. I'm satisfied.

It was also completely repaired in a timely fashion. The shop took care of getting me a rental that was delivered to the site and I was also able to leave the rental there when I picked up my repaired car. First I'd like to say from the beginning to the end of my repair job everyone that I came in contact with receptionist Gracie, and Nick who did the repair and coordinate the status between Liberty Mutual my insurance and enterprise the car rental that was excellent customer service!!
