It is hard to complain when so many things are done well but when repairing the seat belts and resetting the air bags was overlooked adding over a week to the repair, our impression of good service is less positive. These things happen but, hopefully, ServicePro will have a way in future to make sure things aren’t missed. (We don’t have rental insurance so that made the extra week more problematic)

Michael Golden was great - very thorough with every step of the process and managing expectations of lead and completion times. My car came back as expected in excellent condition, with no surprises on charges. Only complaint I have is that your website which claims to have "24/7" status tracking for the vehicle is extremely limited with information that is available or updated very infrequently.
